House Rules – Villa Perezoso Check-in & Check-out Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please respect these times so we can properly prepare the house for the next guests. Number of Guests Only the number of guests included in the reservation are allowed to stay at the property unless previously approved. No Parties or Events Parties, events, or loud gatherings are not allowed. Please respect the peaceful atmosphere of the neighborhood. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to respect neighbors and the surrounding nature. Pool Area The pool area is shared with the sister villa Perezoso. Please keep the area clean and respectful for all guests. Jacuzzi Use The jacuzzi is for private use of this villa. Please shower before entering and avoid using oils or products that may damage the system. Smoking Policy Smoking is not allowed inside the house. If smoking outside, please dispose of cigarette butts properly. Nature & Wildlife The property is surrounded by tropical nature. Please keep doors closed and avoid leaving food outside to prevent insects or animals from entering. Damage or Issues Please report any damage or maintenance issues as soon as possible so we can assist you.
