House Rules Check-In & Check-Out * Check-in starts at 3:00 PM. * Check-out is at 11:00 AM. * Late check-out must be approved in advance. Registered Guests Only * Only registered guests are allowed on the property unless previously approved. Visitors & Events * Any visitors, gatherings, or events must be communicated and approved in advance. * Unauthorized parties or events are strictly prohibited. Quiet Hours * Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. * Please keep noise levels low during these hours out of respect for neighbors and the surrounding nature. Air Conditioning * Keep all doors and windows closed while using the air conditioning. * Turn off all A/C units when leaving the house. Pool Rules * No glass is allowed in or around the pool area. * Children must always be supervised near the pool. * Exterior and pool lights should be turned off when not in use. Kitchen & Dining * Please wash dishes after use or place them in the dishwasher. * Run the dishwasher before check-out if used. * Do not leave food uncovered. BBQ / Grill * Clean the grill after use. * Wash all BBQ utensils after using them. * Make sure the gas is turned off after cooking. Trash * Place tied trash bags in the designated trash area. * Do not leave loose trash outside due to local wildlife. Laundry * Do not overload the washer or dryer. * Contact us if any appliance is not functioning properly. Pets * Pets are only allowed if previously approved. * Pets must follow all house rules. * Pets should never be left alone inside the property. * Pets are not allowed on beds or sofas. * Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets. Nature & Wildlife * The property is located in a tropical jungle environment. * Insects, wildlife, leaves, and natural debris may occasionally appear around the property. Electricity & Internet * Temporary power outages may occasionally occur in the area. * Wi-Fi may take a few minutes to reconnect after a power outage. Before Departure Before checking out, please: * Turn off all A/C units. * Close all windows and doors. * Take out the trash. * Leave keys where instructed. Start the dishwasher if needed. Respect for the Property * Please treat the house and furniture with care. * Any damages must be reported immediately. * Smoking inside the property is not allowed unless specifically authorized.
