HOUSE MANUAL Welcome to our home! We are very happy to host you and hope you have a relaxing and memorable stay. Please take a moment to read the following information to help you enjoy the property comfortably and safely. ## CHECK-IN & ACCESS * Check-in time: 3:00 PM * Check-out time: 11:00 AM * The exact location, access instructions, and gate information are available in the digital guidebook. * Once inside the property, you will find the house keys in the lockbox. * The gate remote control is located on the kitchen island. ## GATE INFORMATION * The gate may operate manually depending on maintenance conditions. * If needed, simply push the gate carefully to open or close it. * Please keep the gate closed at night. ## AIR CONDITIONING * Please keep all doors and windows closed while using the A/C. * Turn off all A/C units when leaving the house. * Avoid setting the temperature below 20°C to prevent the system from freezing. ## WIFI * High-speed WiFi is available throughout the property. * Network information can be found in the digital guidebook. ## KITCHEN * The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay. * Please wash dishes or place them in the dishwasher after use. * Before check-out, kindly run a complete dishwasher cycle. ## BBQ / GRILL * If you use the grill, please clean it afterward, including utensils. * To use the gas grill: 1. Open the gas tank valve. 2. Turn on the grill knob. 3. Ignite carefully using the lighter near the gas tubes. * Please turn off both the gas valve and grill knobs after use. ## POOL AREA * No glass is allowed in or around the pool area. * Pool service is performed weekly. * Due to the tropical jungle environment, leaves or insects may naturally fall into the pool after rain. * Pool lights and waterfall features may operate automatically. ## PET RULES * Dogs are welcome but must never be left alone inside the property. * Pets are not allowed on sofas or beds. * Please clean up after your pet, including the garden and outdoor areas before check-out. ## NATURE & ENVIRONMENT * Our home is surrounded by nature and tropical jungle. * You may encounter insects, monkeys, birds, frogs, and other wildlife during your stay. * Keeping lights off at night when not needed helps reduce insects around the house and pool area. ## WATER & ELECTRICITY * Temporary power or water outages can occasionally happen in the area. * If an outage lasts longer than one hour, please contact us immediately. * In case of hot water issues, please check the breaker panel located in the hallway. ## TRASH * Please leave tied trash bags in the designated outdoor area near the parking space. ## CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS Before leaving, please: * Turn off all A/C units * Close all doors and windows * Run the dishwasher * Start a short laundry cycle with used towels * Leave the keys where you found them * Make sure the grill is clean if used * Remove all trash from inside the house ## NEED HELP?
