Welcome! We hope you enjoy a comfortable and peaceful stay. To help us care for the property and respect the other guests, please follow these house rules: Check-in and Check-out * Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m. * Check-out must be completed by 11:00 a.m. * This is a self-check-in property. The keys will be inside the lockbox next to the door. * When leaving, please make sure the door is securely locked and return the keys to the lockbox. Occupancy and Visitors * The maximum occupancy is four guests per studio. * Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property. * Outside visitors are not allowed without prior approval. * Parties, events, and gatherings are not permitted. Quiet Hours * Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. * After 10:00 p.m., music, loud conversations, and any other disruptive noise are not permitted. * There are three neighboring studios, so we kindly ask that you be especially considerate of the other guests’ rest. Pets * Pets are welcome but must be declared and approved in advance through the reservation. * Pets are not allowed on the beds, sofa, or chairs. * Pets may not be left unattended inside the studio. * Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and for any damage or additional cleaning caused by them. Studio Care * Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. * Please turn off the air conditioner, lights, television, and appliances whenever you leave. * Keep all doors closed while the air conditioner is running. * Please use the kitchen carefully and wash all dishes and utensils after use. * Do not flush toilet paper, wipes, sanitary products, towels, or any other objects down the toilet. * Please report any damage, leak, malfunction, or other issue immediately during your stay. * Guests are responsible for any damage caused by improper use of the property. Before Check-out * Wash all used dishes and utensils. * Dispose of your trash in the designated area. * Make sure the air conditioner, lights, television, and appliances are turned off. * Lock the door and return the keys to the lockbox. * If you need to take out the trash during your stay, a trash container is located on the ground floor, on the right side of the parking area.
